Small Groups
Grin Private Party Pack - Birthdays, Graduations, etc
This package includes:
- Set-up and tear-down of playing field
- 12 laser tag units (additional units available)- good for up to 20 players
- Inflatable barriers (additional barriers available)
- 1 uniformed event leader/game referee and instruction
Price: $345 - 2 hour event (plus any mileage fees - see below)
$50 - additional half/hour blocks
$75 - Upgrade to 18 laser tag units and extra barriers
The basic gameplay of Team Elimination lasts about 6-8 minutes per round 10 players on the field per round. Factoring in training and turn-over time between games we usually see about 6-7 rounds per hour. Of course, we have other games that can be played, too. Capture the Flag, Humans vs Zombies, Protect the VIP, and we can introduce Medic players as needed. With 10 Laser Tag units players will rotate through the games and each player should have the opportunity to player 6-7 games.
Large Group Packages:
Large Groups
This package includes:
- Set-up and tear-down of playing field
- 18 laser tag units (additional units available)
- Full course of inflatable barriers
- 2 uniformed event leader/game referee and instruction
- Tent for staging/training area
Price: $725 - 3 hour event (plus any mileage fees - see below)
$200 - each additional hour block
During large group events we primarily stick to the basic game of Team Elimination which lasts about 5-7 minutes per round with up to 18 players on the field. Factoring in training and turn-over time between games we usually see about 6-7 rounds per hour, allowing for a total of approximately 120 players each hour. Depending on the make-up of the group we can introduce new game scenarios as desired. These might include Capture the Flag, Terminator, Protect the VIP, Save the Hostage, or others. We can also introduce Medic players as needed.
Please call for custom rates for larger groups and events, or for events requiring 1.5 hours or more of roundtrip travel time from Greenwich. These rates will include any travel/mileage fees and additional staffing fees.
For festival type events where players are paying a per-game fee, Grin Mobile will negotiate the travel and staff costs based on the proceeds from the event.

Fundraiser Events
Grin Mobile will help design a pricing structure for your event to help ensure maximum impact. This type of event usually involves your organization pre-selling tickets for the activity to help ensure a profitable day for all. The fundraising group provides volunteers to help run the event. Custom Packages:
Custom Events
If you have an event that doesn't quite fit into the above categories, give us a call and we can help create a custom event for your group that will be sure to please. Great for team trainings, all day events, multi-day events, or concepts we haven't event thought of.
Service Areas:
This map indicates our Standard Service Area (blue zone). Locations outside the blue zone may be subject to an extended travel fee.
Each booking automatically receives 50 miles of travel and 1.5 hours or travel time built in to the fee structure. Currently the extended travel fee is $1.40 cents per mile for distances traveled beyond the blue zone. For example, the travel fee for a location 40 miles from Greenwich would be $42.00. Discounts may be available for longer events.
