The most important piece of clothing you can wear is a good pair of running or hiking shoes. Flip-flops or open sandals are not allowed for safety reasons. You need to be able to run, turn, and change directions quickly while playing.

Other than good shoes, be sure to wear something comfortable. If this is an outdoor game, wear clothes you are okay getting dirty in. Also, consider the temperature when dressing for the event.
